   Nobody knows the inside story of why CIA Director John Ratcliffe was in Moscow Tuesday but while he was, 5 "Doomsday Planes" were in they sky over America including one that spend all day flying by KC.  What is going on?

   Dolly Parton was truly loved by millions both young and old and from every possible background.  She was a singer, actor, philanthropist and the person that just made everyone feel great.  What an amazing life.  We have a clip of her on the Tonight Show w/Johnny Carson that displayed every one of her traits all at one time.
