KKHI Special: Carrington Harrison Talks MU/KU Documentary and Sports Talk in KC

   It seems crazy but it's true, Carrington Harrison is officially the longest pursued interview guest of my career.  FIVE YEARS!

   Nobody's to blame here, really, it's just been business.  We've always worked for competing companies and, for a couple years,  this podcast was a no-no  for a lot of bosses in KC media.

   Carrington is not only the best sports talk host in KC, he's a sports documentary film maker.  He's making all the rest of us look lazy and bad.  Over the past couple years hosting "The Drive" at 2:00pm every day on 96.5 The Fan, he was also working on Armageddon at Arrowhead about the epic MU-KU football game in 2007.  It's out just in time for Friday night's Border War in Lawrence and will be on a streaming service soon.

   We talk about our industry, how long it took to make his second documentary and, of course, preview this year's game and the upcoming Chiefs season.  It's been worth the wait.  He's talented, likable, tough and fair.  Enjoy!
