The shooting at the Chiefs parade rally was right in front of us and I'll detail for you exactly what we saw and experienced. Law enforcement were brilliant and two men and one woman were absolute heroes tackling and holding one of the alleged shooters.
While we don't yet know exactly what happened, we are certain, and could see it all day, that our society is crumbling. Somehow we seem ok to accept so many things that no moral and just society would allow.

A Dear friend shared your parade perspective. MANY points ARE Spot On. I’m from a small town, moved to be with my sister. The parade sadly was A Clash of Kansas City Area Societies. I kept hearing ”This doesn’t happen in Kansas City” that’s from souls living outside the perimeters of where this goes on too much. The old saying ”WHAT GOES ON in this house STAYS in this house” has been leaking OUT of the house & SPEWED all over the parade. A house HAS to be a HOME. Gotta get back to The LORD!

My son is building a new home on the west side overlooking the West Bottoms. Nice heavily Hispanic area.

Completely agree, Kevin. Glad you are safe. I didn’t even go and felt like it was on edge all day. Just feels like you have to expect that these things are going to happen now. And agree on so many A-holes around everywhere anymore. Society is not what it used to be.
