Kevin Kietzman Has Issues

   Does it get your attention that Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is making jokes to the media that the Steelers have no chance at winning Sunday in KC?  It got mine.  But I'm still bullish on the Chiefs, I just want to know what Ben thinks he knows.
   And Lee Sterling of www.paramountsports.com is back for his wildcard weekend picks and a special treat for basketball fans.

   This episode is loaded with goodies as the Dems try to permanently change the way we vote in order for them to get one party control of America.  It's called the "Freedom to Vote" act and it's name is over the top even for liberals.
   Senator Tom Cotton proved how absurd all this is as the Dems want to change the filibuster in the Senate to pass it... Cotton gave a speech on the floor of the Senate that was written by Chuck Schumer years  ago.  Classic.
   Bill Gates seems to be some sort of authority on Covid and after two years of being wrong, he's joining common sense Americans now in saying we should start treating this thing like the seasonal flu.  Thank you.
   Joe Biden's poll numbers hit an even lower low, Mitch McConnel calls him "profoundly unpresidential" and what the heck is up with Prince Andrew's teeth.  It's all good fun.

   You know Stan Weber as a football analyst here at KKHI but you probably didn't know his family has had their routine turned upside down the past two weeks.  Son Landry, a wide receiver at KSU, suffered a really ugly looking injury in their bowl win over LSU.  Then word got out that Landry has plans to become a Catholic Priest.
   What's happened since then has been truly wild and Stan opens up and shares his personal story.
   That said, we are talking about Stan Weber so he's more than happy to wrap up the college football season for us and preview this wildcard weekend in the NFL.
 
 

   Smug Dr. Fauci got questioned again on Capitol Hill by Senators Rand Paul of Kentucky and Dr. Roger Marshall from Kansas and it was glorious.  All you need to know is when Marshall finished his questioning, Fauci said "what a moron, Jesus Christ" when he thought his mic was off.
    According to a professor at DePauw University, there is plenty of evidence now that CNN and other media outlets are dropping their doom and gloom reporting on covid and switching to a narrative a little more in touch with almost all Americans who are just living with the virus.
   The Chiefs have some key personnel being interview for new positions with other teams and that's ok.  I'm rooting for Eric Bieniemy to be the next head coach of the Vikings.
   And KU eeked out a one point win over Iowa State Tuesday night in a thriller as former Coach Roy Williams grabbed the headlines.  It was Roy's first game at AFH since 2003.

Spencer Kietzman hosts, Kevin calls in from Indianapolis following Georgia's National title win over Alabama, where the better QB made mistakes, allowing UGA's defense to lead the way to their first National Title since 1980. The Chiefs are a 12.5 point favorite over the Steelers in a game which should be an easy playoff win at Arrowhead.

Spencer Kietzman is in to host, and Kevin joins from Indianapolis, where the Kietzman family will be attending the College Football National Championship game between Georgia and Alabama. 
The Chiefs couldn't have asked for a better wildcard weekend matchup, they host the Steelers at Arrowhead on Sunday night at 7:15 on NBC. This fully-loaded football only episode has all the information and opinions on the Chiefs in the playoffs!

   While you can never take an NFL game for granted, it's obvious the Denver Broncos are imploding.  14 players on injury list but most will try to play, an offense that scored 9 against KC a month ago is even worse now and fans calling for a boycott of this game.  It's time to beat Denver big!
   A longtime football family in Kansas City with years of ties to the Chiefs and Kansas State football is in crisis this week.  This is a sad story about the passing of Les Miller and the last days of his son Matt.  Their tragic new year should be a giant wake up call for all of us as we pray for the family.
  Apple CEO Tim Cook had a huge year in 2021 and he earned every penny.  But there's a comedic element to some of his perks that are just worth a few thousand dollars.
   And Tucker Carlson calls out Ted Cruz for using the term Terror Attack to describe January 6 and Cruz responds by going on his show.  It did not go well for the conservative senator from Texas.  We'll play it for you.

   January 6 is going to be propped up by Dems as "Insurrection Day" with speeches and vigils and probably monuments someday.  But it's really National Bash Trump Day as this January 6 is the first campaign speech for 2024.
   Left wing publication Politico reports sources inside the Biden administration are privately admitting there is nothing the federal government can do to stop a virus and they are changing course to managing, not containing.  Finally, something honest.
   Chiefs Defense Coordinator Steve Spagnuolo has a great reason the Chiefs weren't in a zone defense on 3rd and 27 and let me be the only person you hear say it... "I'm on board with what he was trying to do."
    Aaron Rodgers fires back at the reporter that won't vote for him for MVP, Brandon Brown loses his sponsor in NASCAR, Landry Weber won't need surgery and Peyton Manning wants to own a team.  Big show, here we go.

   Aaron Rodgers isn't just the best player in the NFL, right now he's the best spokesperson for conservatives anywhere in America.  He is smart, thoughtful and deep with his comments.  We'll play for you the clip of him dropping the hammer on the McAfee podcast.  It's amazing.
   One AP voter in Chicago says he won't vote for Rodgers for MVP because of his off field behavior.  The mad says Rodgers is a bad guy and you can't be the biggest jerk in the league and be MVP.  We have the deets.
   Kansas State dropped a hammer of it's own on LSU in the Texas Bowl. This was a beatdown between teams with completely different characteristics.  One loaded with  5 star recruits running around uncoached, the other a well oiled veteran machine clicking on all fronts.  But it was the K-State fans that made the bigger statement about America's discontent with SEC arrogance. 
   Also, KU opens big 12 play with a win for 31st straight year and a health care system in Michigan has 700 vaxxed workers test positive for covid.

   The GOP is counting chickens before they hatch and it must stop.  Great polling is great news but it has nothing to do with November's election.  Not yet.
   "Flu-Rona" is about to be the next fear peddled to Americans by the left.  Can you imagine how scared millions of people are about to be when they find out they can have the flu and covid at the same time? 
   The crew that officiated the Chiefs-Bengals game was a total mess and now we know why.  Never has an 8 person crew had 4 substitute officials called in for a game, including referee Ron Torbert.  The Chiefs good fortune in games turned when this happened.  We'll explain.
   And Kansas State is now a 7 point favorite over LSU in the Texas Bowl on some websites.  The reason?  LSU only has 39 scholarship players for the game.  But aren't those 39 players that K-State couldn't ever possibly get in recruting?
