Kevin Kietzman Has Issues

   For 3 and a half years, Democrats have told us Joe Biden is sharp and on top of his game.  So you know this is just a ruse that somehow they are in disbelief that debate performance happened last week.  These people are the ultimate snake oil peddlers.
   An employee for Blue Cross in Tennessee wins a big lawsuit for losing her job over refusing a covid jab, wait until you hear what her title was and her area of expertise.  This is sooooo good.
   The new owners of the Plaza in KC were flanked by Mayor Q at a news conference announcing their takeover and $100 million renovation.  As our friend www.tonyskansascity.com points out today, that's a far different look than the radical BLM Mayor Q 4 years ago that led to the downfall of our once glorious district.
  Uraguay beats Team USA at Arrowhead and the whole world is freaking out.  Only soccer could provide this much drama.
   Patrick Mahomes logo is everywhere, the Royals open against the Rays and the Royals' richest owner and his Boston Celtics partners are selling their basketball team.

   Many journos are reporting that what Barack Obama is saying publicly is completely different from what he actually wants.  Obama wants Joe Biden out and an open convention this summer to pick a new candidate.
   Tucker Carlson is coming to KC this fall for a show at T-Mobile Center.  Right now, he's wowing crowds in Australia and New Zealand and you have to hear what he said on stage after the debate.
   The Supreme Court is helping Trump with several decisions as we await the big one.  
   The Royals roar back from a slump by winning 4 of their last 5 and Seth Lugo looks like he should start the All Star Game.
   Then, we took a busload of 40 dudes to Colbert Hills Saturday to golf and played behind another group of KC guys we didn't know... 16 of them in all.  And something pretty cool happened on this great destination golf course.

   It stinks to be right as Joe Biden and the Obama World machine that has ruled with an iron fist since 2008 have been completely exposed for the lying frauds they are.  That includes their politicians, donors, media and big tech all covering and lying and cheating until they stayed with it just a little too long.  The jig is up.  Lying about Russia or Hunter's laptop or having sham impeachments was something they got away with.  Lying about Joe Biden being competent is just too much for Americans.  It's over.  If he stays on for 7 more months, how scary is that?
   This debate was a terrible indictment on the complicit swamp that pushes it all. 
   The downside, the race just got competitive.  Trump was on his way to crushing Biden and now it will be somebody else.  We break it all down.
   Also, the Royals beat the Guardians, a couple KU players get drafted, a great email from Lecompton, KS and Kevin Costner is a baby.
 

   It's debate night in America and CNN can't wait to be the network that silences Donald Trump by cutting off his microphone.  But it's deeper than that as they are hoping he still talks and you can't hear him.  I'll explain why they think this would be so powerful to negate him.
   In the least surprising story of 2024 in Kansas City, the overstuffed World Cup Committee is in chaos.  The executive director was not allowed to do her job so she just bolted from this crap show.  It seems SEVENTEEN people all think they are in charge.  Especially the select FIVE that run the board's leadership.  This is not going well, as predicted here from the start. 
   The SM School District is thinking of taking phones from students.  Yes, they are a distraction and I support this.  But why now?  I'll share my theory.
   The Royals had a great win Wednesday and are set to hos the first place Guardians, Al Michaels agrees to be a computer fake and KU's Johnny Furphy has to wait another day to get drafted.

   The Chiefs announce with Hallmark Channel and the NFL that a movie will be filmed in KC this year called, "Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story."  Let's hope I'm having a bad day or totally wrong because this is the off season news that has me worried about the Chiefs record this season.
   The Royals set a club record in a super disappointing loss to the Marlins... a record in offensive futility.
   Copa America tourney is being played in KC this week and a referee collapses in a match between Canada and Peru.
   Obama has anxiety over the election and is reportedly all involved in the race now.  But there's a silver lining over the second of two main reasons he's freaking out.
  Mayor Q opened the Neal Community Center Pool a few weeks by going down a slide in a dress shirt.  In an all time metaphor for big city Dem mayors, the pool now has murky green water and is now closed.  Because, of course it is.
  The DNC is spending millions on lawyers to get Trump, how is that not election interference?  And one of my favorite movies of all time, The Sandlot, has one of the kid stars arrested.
 

   The one big lie has been played by Joe Biden and he's going to do it all the way to November.  Trump needs to put an end to it with a powerful :30 second statement during the debate Thursday.  We have the game plan. 
   Missouri AG Andrew Bailey wins in court again with a ruling to stop Biden from forgiving student loans.  Congresswoman Sharice Davids is targeted on X by a poster with over 3 million followers.  What Davids did should be the entire focus of this year's campaign.
   KC Current fans are getting their cars stolen when they park a couple blocks away to save money.  The Royals rebound impressively behind Cole Ragans.  The Panthers win the Stanley Cup.  A Kansas kid is the Most Outstanding Player in the College World Series and a golfer who's never played in anything before pulls off the shocker of the year.
 

   The Royals are fading fast after a 2-7 road trip and another shutout loss on Sunday.  KC is now 9 games back and if they don't find some offense soon we'll all be locking in on Chiefs training camp.
   Climate freaks take over a golf tournament on the last hole of the PGA Tour event just a couple days after some other freaks targeted Taylor Swift's airplanes.  These are not the smartest people among us.
   We have a pair of championship games Monday night as the Stanley Cup will be won by either Edmonton or Florida and the College World Series will be decided by Tennessee and A&M.
   Forecasts and predictions about how Joe Biden will fare in Thursday's debate with Donald Trump are all pretty much the same... it will be ugly.  I"m not so sure.
   In Nevada, Dems are working around the clock to keep RFK Jr and a Green Party candidate off the ballot.  A woman's Tesla dies on her and created absolute panic with a baby in the car and the World's Ugliest Dog is crowned.

   The president of Benedictine College finally addressed Harrison Butker's speech this week and it's the most brilliant opinion column I've read this year.  I will share it and you will be lifted up.
   We have a couple positive, uplifting emails from terrific listeners to share with you proving once again this podcast audience is filled with the best among us.
   A couple whackos break into an airport and try to spray paint Taylor Swift's airplane in the name of Stop Oil.  They ruined a couple planes but may be the dumbest protesters ever.
   Bobby Witt Jr plays hero for the Royals in Oakland, Jerome Tang's contract specifics are just crazy, Caitlin Clark isn't even the best rookie, Bryson takes over Nashville and an artist named Ben Rector writes a short song to his friend Rory McIlroy.

   This episode is on Red Bull.   First, what do you know?  We have a new stadium plan/idea for the Royals in the West Bottoms, mostly in Kansas, just 48 hours after the STAR bond bill passes.
  Then, Patrick Tuohey from the Show Me Institute is our guest and it gets wild.  For two conservative guys that hate taxes and government spending, we sure see this stadium thing differently.  You're either going to love him or love me after this one.  

   Reaction to Kansas lawmakers passing a bill to keep the Chiefs and Royals in Kansas City is comical at best.  There is only one headline here.... Kansas Saves the Chiefs and Royals.  That's right, we know they are not moving out of town now and we can stop talking about that possibility.  So why are KCMO and Jackson County's failed leaders pissing and moaning so much?  Well, they look like the losers they are.  We have a problem in this town about some fake border war or truce and we need to get rid of it.  Even if Kansas is plan B for the teams, they are staying here.  This is a great day!
   Then, more really disturbing news about Britt Reid and his parents Andy and Tammy.  We know Britt was hired by his dad who somehow allowed the addict to drink on the job and drive home.  Now, court documents allege Britt avoided using the breathalyzer device on his car to drive his kids in his mom's car.  He's 39 and she's still enabling him?  With kids in the car?  Wow, if this is true its just horrible.
