The lady that thought Bud Light's image was too "fratty" with "out of touch" humor is somehow still employed and a whole bunch of fratty white dudes don't like it.  In fact, now they've found pictures of her (you can't make this up) at frat parties doing outrageous things with beer and condoms.  Uh oh.
We love www.tonyskansascity.com especially when he starts dropping truth bombs nobody else in KC will even whisper.  He's got a doozy about a potential new stadium for the Royals in the worst possible location.  You want to hear this.
A listener sent me a meme about the Postal Service that if you read it like a joke, you will laugh.  But if you read it literally, it could make you cry.  It's about elections and it's so true.
The Royals did a lot of really good things Tuesday night against Texas getting the game tied and then taking the lead in extra innings.  But you know how it ends.  This is getting very bad.
In Tampa, it's quite the opposite as the Rays have started 11-0.  They have 29 home runs to make the history books and they are oh so close to the best start ever.

Tuesday Apr 11, 2023
Tuesday Apr 11, 2023
Ryan Lefebvre is back for the 2023 baseball season and will join us from time to time to talk about the Royals, Major League Baseball, broadcasting and, well, anything else he wants.
You know Ryan as the voice and face of the Royals broadcast team and we all know him as a great Kansas Citian with a giant heart.  He's as sincere as they get and we know you'll enjoy his thoughts on the start of the season, the new manager and the new rules in Major League Baseball.  Grab some peanuts or Cracker Jack and enjoy!

In a story not getting much play, Marco Rubio and 7 others in the "Gang of Eight" will get to see the classified documents Joe Biden, Donald Trump and Mike Pence had in their possession.  We discuss if this can possibly be legit or if what will be provided will be slanted against Trump.
Congresswoman Sharice Davids has angered Christians after sending out a mass email on Easter Weekend.  We'll share one listeners story.
Swimmer Riley Gaines just lights up soccer player Megan Rapinoe with a couple truth bomb tweets about men playing in women's sports.  Golfer Brooks Koepka comes off as a whiner after complaining about the pace of play Sunday at the Masters and a former quarterback throws shade at Patrick Mahomes.  What a joke.

2023 Masters Champion Jon Rahm predicted he'd win the tournament when he tweeted it as a teenager ten years ago.  Rahm was incredible and it's clear he just fulfilled his childhood dream.
The VP at Bud Light responsible for all the backlash after sponsoring a trans influencer is a hard lefty.... and she did an interview a few weeks ago that is just mind boggling.   This story is corporate malpractice.
Donald Trump was ringside Saturday night at UFC 268 and rubbing elbows with other celebrities.  We'll tell you who they are.
NPR is freaking out after Elon Musk put a government label on their Twitter feed.  I've got a million thoughts on this one.
Travis Kelce bounces a first pitch, the Dalai Lama is a creeper and Taylor Swift makes a big change.

Former NCAA swimmer Riley Gains is a true American hero and may be the most important conservative in America you don't know much about.  This brave young woman was attacked by a trans mob in San Francisco and was punched several times by "a man in a dress" before police got her to safety, locked in a room for three hours.
She's on the side of almost all women and she will not stand down.  The left won't admonish this crazy trans people and Gaines seems unafraid.  This brave lady is very important to the future of women's sports and maybe even the future of America.
They caught a would be trans shooter in Colorado before a school could be shot up.  This is great work about what is clearly a growing problem in America as the White House continues to encourage the trans community to "fight back."  Fighting back against what?  That's the real question.
Britt Reid's accident case file is made public and it's shocking what could have and maybe should have been.
And a player at the Masters appears to mis mark his ball on the green... and it looks like cheating.  We'll explain why it was not.

The super majority for the GOP comes through in Kansas again, frustrating one Dem on the floor in Topeka to scream and curse at them.  This is an override of the Governor's veto of a women's rights bill protecting their equal rights.  Most call it an anti Trans bill.... that is most certainly not what this is.  It needs to be re-shaped honestly.
Bud Light beer is in a firestorm that just gets worse after they made cans of beer with a Trans influencer on them.  Unlike the story in Kansas, this is a morality story and everyone can decide for themselves.  Kid Rock and Travis Tritt want to help you make your choice.
How did a judge running for supreme court in Wisconsin win in a landslide?  Well, you have to hear how they bought votes.  If this is legal, you'd better believe big tech is about to line this up for 2024 and the GOP will be in big, big trouble.
Less than a week into the season and the Royals are setting all time records for futility to start a season.  You have to hear this numbers... Zack Greinke won't want to hear them.  He's been great but has nothing to show for it.
The Big 12 and Big East will have a basketball series next year and two giant names are heading to play in Lawrence and Manhattan.  And we have the recruiting budget numbers for Mizzou, K-State and KU football last year.

Bill Self Calms Fears, Jim Colbert on State of PGA Tour and Masters Preview
Wednesday Apr 05, 2023
Wednesday Apr 05, 2023
Yes, we're dropping names on this episode.  Bill Self had a news conference to calm the fears of KU fans wondering if he was in it for the long haul after a heart procedure kept him out of the public eye for about a month.
And my good friend, 35 time PGA Tour winner Jim Colbert joins us.   This is an honest, deep conversation about the PGA Tour and the future of golf, whether he would have taken big money to jump to LIV Golf and a preview of the 2023 Masters.  It may even get a little salty along the way.  Buckle up.

It's true, the 34 charges against President Trump actually lack a crime.  It says they amount to a crime, but no crime in listed by DA Alvin Bragg.  So everyone knows this is simply the biggest election interference scam in American history and nothing more... but what does it actually mean for an election so far away.  We try to answer that as a German politician sums it up better than any American so far.
The Bidens are so inept, now even Jill is dragging them down.  The first lady attempted to apologize to LSU basketball player Angel Reece and you won't believe how Reece reacted.  This is an all time classic.
The NFL is "leaking" some schedule information and it's reported the Chiefs will play an NFC North team in Germany this year.  We'll name the team.
And the Royals bats are flat again in a lackluster effort against the Jays.

It was a wild day Monday for KU basketball fans on social media as it was announced Bill Self would hold a news conference but it almost appeared as if it could be a retirement announcement.  Then a story out of Florida reported the coach and his wife just bought a $7.6 million beach townhome.  Oh, it got goofy.  Then they put out another release to calm things down.  Still, there are a lot of things about the HOF coach we don't know.
UConn wins its 5th national title in 24 years and it's obvious the Huskies are college basketball's top dog.
Jill Biden is being mocked for saying she'd like to invite the Iowa women's team, which lost to LSU in the title game Sunday, to the White House with LSU.  If these people know so little about sports or even White House visits, how are they running the country?
A biological male is the latest winner on a women's golf tour and Brady Singer and the Royals cruise at the K Monday night getting manager Matt Quatraro his first win.

As president Trump heads to NY for his legal proceedings, word is out that he wants a "perp walk."  There can be only one reason he wants this.... he's about to choreograph a show that makes him look strong and iconic and the DA small and petty.  This could be interesting when you think about it as both sides want a perp walk.
Marjorie Taylor Greene was featured on 60 Minutes this week and let it fly when she called Democrats "pedophiles" during the interview.  We'll explain how she backed it up and how she's showing other Republicans how to fight Dems like the Dems fight her.
The UCONN Huskies are trying to win their 5th mens basketball national title in 24 years Monday night, making them the least talked about Blue Blood there is.
It read like an April Fools joke when you heard Sean Snyder has been hired as Special Assistant to the Head Coach at KU football.  We discuss what's going on here.
It's NFL Draft month in KC as it will take four weeks to build the stage at Union Station.  We talk what the Chiefs want out of this draft other than a great look for KC.
And the hit pieces on Whit Merrifield have begun as the former Royals fave is back in town with the Blue Jays.  It's all about the Covid jab but there is no honest discussion over whether he was right in not taking it here.
