   As we gear up for Memorial Day weekend, we touch on a couple headlines before the Voice of Summer joins us from Tampa and the start of the road trip for the Royals.
   Ryan Lefebvre tells us it's no longer too early to believe in these Royals and we cover it all for you.  The Royals have the best starting pitching we can ever remember, a Hall of Famer and the most respected player in the game with Salvador Perez and maybe the most valuable commodity in the game in Bobby Witt Jr.  Oh, this is getting real alright and you're going to love this discussion with our friend Ryno.
 

   Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid defended Harrison Butker's right to say whatever he wants about his faith and politics but stopped short of saying they agree.   While leftist reporters were asking about "women in the workforce" which is not what Butker was talking about, they failed to ask the simplest question of either men: "Is it more gratifying to win a trophy and make a ton of money or more gratifying to raise your children?"  And let's not forget the free speech policy at Arrowhead only applies to things like religion and riots and such, don't ever speak negatively about coach or owner or you're toast.
   Vegas has odds out on the race for Prez and Trump is now a huge favorite.
   CNN reaches it's lowest ratings in over 30 years as they have no idea how to fix their problems.
   The Royals sweep a homestand behind incredible starting pitching, especially Cole Ragans.  Forget all the advanced metrics, I've got one stat (nugget) for you that is all you need to know.
   Kirk Herbstreit of College Gameday shares a heartwarming story about his relationship with Lee Corso, NBA ratings are almost as bad as CNN's and daily marijuana use is at an all time high as it's more popular than alcohol now.
 
    

   Desperate Dems are moving on to a new battle cry ahead of November's election.  They know Trump is coming for them if he wins, just as they have gone after him.  So they are using the term, "every American" should be worried Trump will come after you.  What they really mean is they're terrified to actually be held accountable.
   This of course comes at the same time we learned Joe Biden's DOJ authorized "deadly force" in the raid of Mar A Lago inn 2022.  A sitting president authorized deadly force against a former president and future opponent in the USA.  Not Cuba, not Russia, not China.  The USA.
   Experts agree the judge in the NY trial is openly unfair and that if this were on tv, he couldn't get away with it.  
   Bobby Witt Jr started his day with grade school kids before schooling the Tigers on Tuesday night.  What a player the Royals have.
   The Jackson County Sports Complex Authority has a new boss lined up and Chiefs receiver Rashee Rice catches a break in Dallas.
 

   It's anybody's guess who Trump will pick to run with him as VP but we've got an audio clip from one of the contenders that's worthy of your consideration.

   It was total chaos Friday morning in Louisville at the PGA Championship pre-dawn in pouring rain as a shuttle bus hit a pedestrian that was killed.   50 police cars respond and start to divert traffic as tens of thousands are arriving and golfers are going to the clubhouse.  Scottie Scheffler, the world's number one player, apparently drove past police improperly to enter and get ready for his round and was pulled over and arrested in handcuffs.  Holy smokes this is a wild one.
   Harrison Butker may have been the biggest sports story in America this week as the least diverse and inclusive people have attacked and started  a petition to have him fired.  Sam McDowell of the Star wrote a critical piece that Butker basically crapped his pants and now has to sit in it.  Hello?  Butker's jersey is number on in America this week with men AND women and is currently SOLD OUT.  These people after him do not know America at all.
   The Royals are having a 10 year reunion this weekend for the World Series team that fell to the Giants.
   Caitlin Clark was bad again in her home debut where tickets went for a measly $4.
   A golf course in KCMO wants $7million for a remodel, Jackson County Republicans are rallying and Michael Cohen gets caught telling another lie in court.

Hey, at least the Chiefs have Tuesdays off!  That's right... the Chiefs will have a game on all other days of the week this year except Tuesday on a whopping NINE different tv networks.  It's just crazy how in demand this team is as the schedule is released.
  Super Bowl hero Harrison Butker isn't feeling the love all his other teammates are right now but we're pretty sure he can handle it.  Butker is being attacked all over the country for his outstanding commencement speech at Benedictine College and that includes the NFL itself.  The league saw a need to have a diversity office release a statement that they don't believe in Butker's kind of diversity.
   Royals owner John Sherman sends a terse letter to Jackson County, Caitlin Clark loses millions and millions of tv viewers, Jake Tapper is a bad draw for Trump at the debate in June and a Democrat Congressman calls for cancelling the Democrat's convention.

   Joe Biden has agreed to debate Donald Trump in June and again in September and this only means one thing... he knows he's a huge underdog and has nothing to lose.  But there's more about the timing of these two events that lead me to believe there is more going on here.
   When you're asking Americans for hundreds of billions to fund a war in Ukraine, you may want to reconsider your Secretary of State partying and playing guitar on stage at a bar in Kyiv.  What the hell?
   NY city and Dublin, Ireland installed "portals" in their cities to live feed video from one place to the other and it didn't last long before they shut it down.  Of course people acted like fools and this was just the beginning.
   The Royals get a good win in Seattle and lock up a winning road trip... but the bullpen is still a problem that won't go away.  The closer has a 4.58 ERA and we all know that won't work.

    Its the Bengals in week two at Arrowhead for the Chiefs as CBS Sports reported Tuesday morning and that means huge tiebreakers could be on the line right at the start of the season as KC goes for a three peat.
   What is a meme stock and why is this craze happening again this week after being out of play for three years.  This is one of strangest stories and trends in America today.

   The Chiefs draw the Ravens September 5 for the NFL Season Opener at Arrowhead and all that means is we have to listen to ridiculous fake hype the next 4 months promoting Lamar Jackson as Patrick Mahomes' equal.  I kinda wanna barf and I'll explain why.
   Royals pitcher Seth Lugo, as of right now, is baseball's best pitcher.  Sunday may have been his best performance of his career and the Royals now have 25 wins just like Cleveland.  This is really getting fun.
   Meanwhile, many Royals fans are having trouble seeing the games for various reasons including the Bally Sports app which is frustrating at best.  I've got your solution if you really want to see Royals games.
   The state of Missouri is all in for $69 million so far for the World Cup to come to Arrowhead, a stadium the Chiefs don't want anymore in a state it looks like they are leaving.  How is Missouri getting so much so wrong on these stadium deals?  Well... they're also coughing up money for a mixed use development project next to the women's soccer stadium after losing the men's team to Kansas.  It's a mess, for sure.
   That creeper that worked at Hereford House and did sick things to the food people eventually ate is drawing national outrage.  But is this sex freak worse than those that send their kids to surgery or provide puberty blockers and teach transgenderism to kids?  I've got some strong opinions on how this food case outrage is misguided.
   Trump has a record crowd in New Jersey and Jerry Seinfeld has terrorism supporters walk out of a speech he was giving.  Are Jewish Americans about to dump Joe Biden?
